Neurodivergent Mom Group
Motherhood asks a lot of us. For neurodivergent mothers, the demands of parenting can bring unique challenges around sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and the constant pull of competing needs.
This group offers a space to connect with other neurodivergent mothers who understand these experiences, while building practical skills to make everyday life feel more manageable.
Drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we'll explore emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-compassion, communication, and ways to navigate parenting that work with our brains rather than against them.
Part support group, part skills group, this is a place to feel understood, share experiences, and develop a more sustainable way of moving through motherhood.
Open to neurodivergent mothers, regardless of whether their children are neurodivergent.
